Board members serve 3-year terms, and may be re-elected for a total of three consecutive terms.
Architectural Control Committee
Any new construction, or external remodeling will require review by the Architectural Control Committee before the City of La Joya will issue any building permits. Make sure your project conforms to our restrictions. Please mail us a copy of your plans/engineering documents with a description of your project.

We will discuss your project plans at our next board meeting. Include good contact information (mailing address, phone, email address) so we can ask questions, or provide a letter approving your project that you can take to the city for permits. This process could take up to six weeks, so please include this lead time into your project.
